What was your first tattoo?

My first tattoo was my peacock feather on my right shoulder. I got it the day of my 18th birthday and I’ve been hooked ever since. It was one of those things I’ve always thought were insanely beautiful and my mom always had some in the house. I expanded from that eventually to get my floral shoulder piece, each flower chosen by a different member of her side of the family.

Is it true that getting tattoos is addictive?

I feel like the word “addictive” has a negative sound to it nowadays. I’ve always wanted to be majorly covered in tattoos for as long as I remember seeing them, so I can’t say I have or am getting any more or less than I originally intended, but I do get a bit antsy when it’s been too long since ive been in the chair.

If you were voted Inked Magazine's cover girl, what would you do with $25,000?

You mean besides get more tattoos? ? I would pursue projects that I care about. I'm passionate about organ donation awareness. Too many people need an organ and those of us with ink are often stigmatized that our organs are somehow rejected from saving someone's life, and it is simply not true! I would also do what I could to speak out about behavior health problems people face every day of their life, and help contribute to community to resources for those in need!
